FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

All MEMENTAIL orders ship free, worldwide, via our standard shipping method. No minimum purchase required.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

We cover all customs duties and import taxes — you will not be charged anything extra when your parcel arrives.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING

MEMENTAIL products are handcrafted and made to order. Production begins after we receive the information, photographs, and customization details needed to complete the order. Any production estimate shown on a product page, at checkout, or in an order communication is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and the parcel has been accepted by the carrier. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, remote destinations, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but we will provide reasonable assistance with available tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfilment or shipped. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, details are sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Tracking may take time to update after the shipping label is created.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery address, household members, neighbours, safe locations, and the carrier before contacting us. If a parcel arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, as described in our Refund Policy.
